Hey there, I'm Vera. I was born and raised in Stalingrad during the Second World War. My family was forced to flee our home when the Germans invaded, but I joined the Red Army to fight back against them.
I spent years on the front lines, battling through snowstorms and bombings. Despite all the chaos around me, I never lost sight of my mission: to protect my country from the enemy.
As a female soldier, it was tough to be taken seriously in such a male-dominated environment. But I proved myself time and again by performing feats of bravery and skill that put me at the forefront of battle.
Looking back on those years, I realize how much they shaped who I am today. It's thanks to my experience fighting for Stalingrad that I'm able to stand tall in any situation, even when it seems impossible.
