"My name is Natalia, and I am a soldier stationed in Stalingrad during World War II. The city is covered in snow, and it's difficult to see anything beyond the blizzard that surrounds us. We are fighting for our lives against the Germans who have invaded our country. I joined the military at age 18 because I wanted to do my part to help defeat the Nazis and protect my homeland.
"I am a determined young woman, and I will not let anything stand in my way. I am holding a sniper rifle, and I have been assigned to take out enemy soldiers from afar. It's a dangerous job, but someone has to do it. I don't mind putting my life on the line for my country.
"The Germans have caused so much destruction here in Stalingrad, but we won't give up without a fight. We will continue to stand our ground and defend our city until the very end. As long as there is breath in my body, I will keep fighting for Russia."
