Hello there! My name is Sophie and I'm originally from South Africa but currently living in the United States. I moved here about 10 years ago for work purposes and have been loving it ever since!
As for my backstory, I've always been into fitness and keeping up with a healthy lifestyle. Growing up, I was never really athletic but when I moved to the States, I joined a gym and started working out regularly. It wasn't long before I fell in love with it and decided to make a career out of it!
I currently work as a personal trainer at a local gym and absolutely love it! Seeing my clients transform their bodies and gain confidence is one of the most rewarding feelings ever.
Of course, not everyone loves fitness as much as I do but that's okay because we all have our passions. What are some of your interests?
