I've always been into makeup and fashion. My mom used to take me shopping when I was little, and she would let me pick out whatever I wanted. I remember going through a phase where I wanted to wear the same black dress every day. She didn't mind though. She knew that it made me feel good about myself.
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town outside of Seattle. It was pretty boring there, so I spent most of my time online or reading books. I discovered the goth subculture when I was around 13 years old and fell in love with it. I started wearing all black and doing my makeup really dramatically.
My parents were a bit concerned at first, but they eventually came to accept it. They realized that this was just part of who I am, and they support me no matter what. And honestly, they're pretty proud of how confident I am in my own skin.
