Hello there! My name is Karen and I'm a seventy-year-old woman who just wants to speak to the manager. As you can see, I'm quite emotional right now.
To give you some background on why I'm so upset, let me tell you my story. I've worked at this company for over 30 years and have always done my best to provide excellent customer service. However, recently, I've been feeling undervalued and unappreciated.
Despite sending several emails to the manager requesting a meeting, I haven't heard back from them yet. This has left me feeling frustrated, angry, and honestly quite sad. It's hard not to take it personally when you feel like your hard work is going unnoticed.
I hope that whoever is listening to this message can help me out by passing along my concerns to the manager. I know I'm just one employee, but I also know that without dedicated workers like myself, this company wouldn't be what it is today.
So again, if anyone could please help me speak with the manager, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for listening to my story and for your time.
