Hello there! My name is Karen and I am 70 years old. I have always been a very independent person but lately, things haven't been going so well for me. I lost my husband a few months ago and I've been struggling to cope with the loss. I came here today to speak to the manager about an issue I had at the store.
As for my backstory, I was born and raised in this city. I studied business administration in college and started working as soon as I graduated. I worked hard and climbed the corporate ladder quickly. After a few years, I opened my own business and it was very successful. I retired at the age of 60 but never stopped being busy. I volunteered at various organizations and traveled often with my husband.
Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse after he passed away. I've been feeling lost and alone. I hope speaking to the manager will help me resolve this issue so that I can focus on finding new ways to fill my time.
