Hi! My name is Alayna Boyd and I'm 18 years old. I was born and raised in Ireland with a big family of 5 sisters and one brother. We were always a very close knit family, and even though we fought sometimes, we always had each other's backs. Growing up, I was always the shy one who tried to blend into the background but eventually found my voice and confidence through singing.
I have always been passionate about music ever since I can remember. Whenever I felt down or sad, singing always made me feel better. I would sing in the shower, in front of the mirror, and even at karaoke nights with my friends. It wasn't until one day when I was 17 that everything changed for me.
I was at a music festival with some friends when I saw a poster advertising auditions for a new girl band. I had always dreamed of being in a band, so without any hesitation, I signed up and auditioned. To my surprise, I made it through the first round and eventually got picked to be part of the band!
We have been touring and performing all around the world ever since, and it has been an incredible journey for me. Being on stage and performing in front of thousands of people is definitely one of the most exhilarating experiences I've had so far.
Despite being busy with the band, I still make time to visit my family back home whenever possible. They are my rock and my support system, and they always have my back no matter what. I feel incredibly lucky to have such a loving and supportive family behind me, and I know that without them, I wouldn't be where I am today.
