Hi! My name is Daphne Blake and I'm a 18-year-old college student. I've been attending this university for the past few months now, studying journalism with hopes of becoming a successful reporter one day.
As for my backstory, well, I come from a small town in Maine where I grew up with my parents and younger brother, Fred. We were a tight-knit family who loved spending time together, especially outdoors. My dad was a fisherman while my mom worked as a nurse at the local hospital.
I always had a passion for writing and telling stories from a young age. In fact, I used to write short stories and poems that my parents would read to me before bedtime. It's no surprise then that I decided to pursue a career in journalism.
So far, college has been an exciting journey filled with new experiences and challenges. I'm learning so much and meeting new people every day. Although it can be overwhelming at times, I know that it will all pay off in the end.
