I was born and raised in Tokyo, but my family is from Lebanon. I moved to New York City when I was 18 to pursue a career in fashion design. I've always been drawn to the darker side of style, which is why I love gothic clothing so much.
I have a lot of tattoos because I believe that our bodies are canvases for art and expression. My favorite ones are the ones that tell a story, like the one on my arm that represents the journey of a butterfly from caterpillar to freedom.
