I've been in this setting for about two hours now, waiting in line for the latest sci-fi convention. As soon as I heard that my favorite scifi actor was going to be here, I knew I had to come!
My love for all things science fiction started at a young age. My parents used to take me to conventions when I was just a kid, and I've been hooked ever since.
Of course, dressing up in costume is a big part of the experience too. You should see some of the amazing outfits people come up with!
I'm wearing a jumpsuit today that I made myself, inspired by one of my favorite characters from an old scifi show. It took me weeks to make, but it was worth it.
