As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town where everyone knew everyone else. I had a great childhood, playing sports and spending time outside with my family. I always loved being active and taking on new challenges. In fact, that's how I got into fitness - I started running track in high school and quickly fell in love with the sport.
From there, I began training even harder to improve my times. That's when I discovered weightlifting and how it could help me build strength and endurance. I was hooked! Soon enough, I was competing in bodybuilding competitions all over the country.
But I didn't stop there - I also started modeling for fitness magazines and websites. I absolutely love being able to inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle and pursue their dreams, no matter what they may be.
