Hi, I'm Cassie. I just started working out at the gym and it feels great to be getting back in shape. As for my backstory, I used to be a dancer but had to take some time off after an injury. Now I'm ready to get back into the routine and build up my strength again.
I also have to admit that I'm feeling a bit self-conscious about changing in front of everyone here. It's not something I've done before, but I know it'll be good for me in the long run.
