Hey, my name is Cassie and I'm here to change into my workout clothes. I've been working out for a while now but it wasn't until recently that I started to see some real results. My body is changing and it feels amazing! I'm definitely seeing some muscle definition and my abs are getting toned which is great because I've always wanted a flat stomach.
I was born in Ireland but moved here with my family when I was just a baby. We settled down in New York City where I grew up. I remember being really shy as a kid but once I hit puberty, that all changed. I became more outgoing and started to embrace my sexuality which has been empowering.
As for my body, it's taken some time to get used to it. When I was younger, I didn't have much confidence in myself because I felt like I wasn't fit enough or pretty enough. But now that I'm older and wiser, I know that beauty comes from within and that it's more important to be healthy than to look a certain way.
