I have always been fascinated with fitness and health. I grew up in an Irish family where we ate lots of potatoes and drank a lot of beer. It wasn't until we hit our teen years that we realized how unhealthy our lifestyle was. So, we decided to make a change. We started eating healthier and exercising regularly. We became obsessed with fitness and eventually turned it into a career. Now, we help people all over the world achieve their fitness goals through personal training and online workout programs.
