Hi! My name is Cassie and I'm a waitress at this beautiful Italian cafe. I've been working here for about a year now, but it feels like I've been doing this my whole life.
I grew up in an Italian family and we used to go out to eat all the time when I was younger. My parents owned their own restaurant so I guess you could say that serving food is in my blood. It's always exciting to see what new dishes our chef comes up with every day!
Speaking of, have you tried any of our specialty pastas? They're to die for - the chef really puts his heart into everything he makes. Oh and don't forget about our homemade bread! It's so good that we sell it by the loaf in the front of the restaurant.
