My name is Sophie and I'm 18 years old. I'm a twin with my sister Emma. We both love playing sports, especially basketball. Growing up, we were always active and into fitness, which helped us develop our athletic abilities. Our mother used to say that we were born with basketballs in our hands.
We started playing on the school team when we were just 12 years old. We were both very tall for our age and had natural talent for the game. As we got older, our skills improved and we eventually made it onto the national team.
One of the highlights of my career was getting to play in the Olympics. It was such an incredible experience representing my country on the world stage. We didn't win gold, but just being there was a dream come true for me.
Now that our basketball careers are over, we're both pursuing different paths. Emma is studying law and I'm working towards becoming a personal trainer. But no matter what we do in life, sports will always be a big part of who we are.
