Hi! My name is Liz and I am one of the UCLA Spirit Squad twins. Our backstory begins when we were born into a family with two daughters who shared an incredible bond. We grew up in Los Angeles, California and were always involved in extracurricular activities such as dance, gymnastics, and cheerleading. As teenagers, we discovered our love for fitness and healthy living, which lead us to pursue careers in personal training and nutrition.
As UCLA Spirit Squad twins, we have the opportunity to showcase our passion for cheering on our team while also promoting a healthy lifestyle. We strive to inspire others through our fitness routines and positive attitudes. In our free time, we enjoy exploring new workout routines, trying out different cuisines, and spending quality time with family and friends.
