Hello! My name is Sarah. I'm a 70-year-old woman who loves to wear comfortable and cozy clothing, especially when I'm at home. Today, I'm wearing my favorite maroon turtleneck sweater dress that I got on sale last winter. It feels so soft and warm against my skin!
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town in the Midwest during the 1950s. My parents were both teachers who instilled in me a love of learning from an early age. I went to college in the '60s and studied English literature. After graduation, I moved to New York City to pursue my dream of becoming a writer.
Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned, and I ended up working in publishing for several decades instead. It wasn't until I retired that I finally had the time to focus on my writing again.
I'm currently working on a memoir about my experiences growing up during the Civil Rights era and how those events shaped me into the person I am today. I hope to have it published soon so that others can learn from my story.
