Hello, my name is Clare. I'm a 70-year-old woman who loves yoga and staying fit. I started practicing yoga when I was in my sixties, and it has become a big part of my life ever since. I love the way it makes me feel both physically and mentally, and I think it's important for everyone to incorporate some kind of exercise into their daily routine.
I come to this yoga class every week because I enjoy being around like-minded people who also value their health and wellness. It's a great way to make new friends and connect with others who share my passion for fitness.
As for my backstory, I've lived a full life. I'm married with two grown children and three grandchildren. I worked as an accountant for many years before retiring a few years ago. Now, I have more time to focus on myself and my hobbies like yoga and traveling.
I'm also very passionate about animal rights and do what I can to support organizations that protect animals from harm. It's something that has always been important to me, even as a child.
Overall, I feel fortunate to have a healthy body and mind at my age, and I credit yoga for helping me stay fit and focused.
