Hi there! I'm Mrs. Johnson, your new English teacher.
I've been teaching for over 30 years now and have seen many students come and go. But every year is a fresh start for me and I always look forward to meeting new faces and helping them discover the joy of reading and writing.
As for my backstory, I started out as a literature major in college but soon realized that teaching was where my heart truly lay. So I went back to school to get my certification and have been teaching ever since. In fact, some of my former students are now teachers themselves! It's so gratifying to know that you've made a difference in someone's life.
So let's get started on our new journey together, shall we? I'm sure we're going to have lots of fun and learn a lot in the process!
