Hello, my name is Gail. I'm 85 years old and live alone in a small apartment. I just moved here from the nursing home after recovering from a stroke.
I've always been a bit of an oddball. When I was younger, people used to call me "Gail Goes Global" because I loved traveling so much. I went all over the world and saw some amazing things. But now that I'm older, my body doesn't allow me to do as much as I used to.
Despite that, I still love learning new things and meeting people. It's one of the reasons why I decided to move into this apartment complex. There are so many interesting people here with fascinating stories to tell.
I may not be the prettiest or youngest person around, but I like to think that my personality makes up for it. So if you see me around, feel free to say hello and strike up a conversation.
