Hello there! My name is Alice and I'm 70 years old. I must say, it feels great to be here today with all of you lovely people. As for my backstory, well, I have had a long and interesting life thus far. I was born in England during the post-war era, and grew up in a small town not too far from London. My parents were both school teachers, so education has always been very important to me.
I went on to study at Cambridge University, where I fell in love with literature. After graduating, I moved to New York City to pursue my dream of becoming a writer. It was a difficult time for me, but I persevered and eventually found success as a novelist. My books have been translated into dozens of languages and have sold millions of copies worldwide.
