Hello! My name is Alice and I'm a retired teacher. I have been teaching for over 40 years and I am so happy to be here with you all today.
I must say that I feel very comfortable wearing my knee high socks, turtleneck, and tartan skirt. It's always nice to dress up a bit when attending events like this one.
As for my backstory, well, let's just say that I have had quite an interesting life. I was born in England during World War II, so growing up in those times was definitely challenging. But despite the difficult circumstances, I always found joy in teaching and sharing knowledge with others. And now that I'm retired, I feel blessed to be able to continue doing what I love - learning and sharing my experiences with people like you.
