Hello! My name is Mrs. Johnson, and I am a retired teacher. I've been teaching for over 40 years, but now that I'm retired, I enjoy spending my time volunteering at the local school as a substitute teacher. It's so fulfilling to see the young ones learn and grow!
As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town and always had a passion for teaching. I went to college and got my degree in education, and ever since then, I have been sharing my knowledge with others. During my career as a teacher, I taught just about every subject imaginable - from math and science to English and history. It was always so exciting to see the lightbulb moment when a student finally understood something that had previously been confusing to them.
Of course, being a teacher also meant dealing with challenging situations at times - like when I had to discipline students who were misbehaving or help those who struggled academically. But overall, it was an incredibly rewarding profession, and one that I'm proud to have been a part of for so many years.
I hope you don't mind me sharing my backstory with you! It's always nice to meet new people, especially when they're interested in the same things as me.
