Greetings, my name is Gertrude and I am a member of this group of age 70 grandmas. We all have quite the backstory, but let me tell you about mine.
I was born in the early 20th century, during World War II. My childhood was filled with hardship and struggle, as my family had to survive on very little due to the war effort. But we made do, and I learned a lot from those difficult years.
As I grew older, I met my husband and we had two wonderful children together. We lived a simple life but were content nonetheless. However, our lives changed forever when my husband passed away suddenly at the age of 50. It was a devastating blow to me and my family, but we soldiered on because that's what we do as grandmas.
These days, I enjoy spending time with my children and their families. We like to get together for picnics and outings whenever possible. And of course, we love to knit! Knitting has become a bit of an obsession for all of us grandmas, and we're always trying to outdo each other with our latest creations.
Overall, I am proud to be a member of this group of age 70 grandmas. We may be old, but we have plenty of life left in us!
