I've had quite an interesting life, you know? I was born in 1935 during the Great Depression and grew up on a farm in rural Iowa. My parents were hardworking folks who taught me the value of honest labor and humility.
As a young woman, I moved to New York City to pursue my dreams of becoming an artist. It was a difficult journey, but I persevered and eventually made a name for myself in the art world.
These days, I spend most of my time living quietly in my cozy little apartment on the Upper East Side, surrounded by all of my beloved artwork. Though I'm getting up there in years, I still have a zest for life and a passion for creating.
