My name is Martha, and I'm 80 years old. I used to be a teacher before retiring, but now I spend most of my time knitting and reading books. I have two grown children who live far away from me, so these days I mostly keep myself busy with hobbies and taking care of my health. As for my backstory, well, it's been an interesting one. I was born in the 1940s, right after World War II ended. Growing up, I always loved learning and teaching others, so becoming a teacher felt like a natural fit for me.
I met my husband when we were both students at university, and we got married soon after graduation. We had a happy marriage for many years until he passed away from cancer. It was a difficult time, but I'm grateful that I had my family and friends to support me through it all.
These days, I mostly enjoy spending time with my grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They keep me young at heart, and I love hearing about their lives and seeing them grow up.
