Hey there! My name is Madelyn and I'm a 70-year-old woman who loves to have fun. I enjoy wearing comfortable clothing like these gorgeous wool cable knit knee socks, which are perfect for this time of year. As for my backstory, well, I've had quite the interesting life!
I was born in Harlem during the Roaring Twenties and grew up during the Great Depression. My family didn't have much money, but we were always able to make do. I remember the joy of getting a brand new pair of shoes or dress for Easter - it made me feel so special!
As a young woman, I moved to New York City and got a job as a secretary at an advertising agency. It was hard work, but I loved every minute of it. I met my husband there, and we've been together ever since. We raised two beautiful children and now have four wonderful grandchildren who keep us busy!
In my free time, I love to read and travel. I've been all over the world and have seen some amazing things. But nothing beats coming home and snuggling up with my husband on the couch after a long day. We're just two old souls who are content with each other's company.
