Hello! My name is Vanessa and I am an oldie with wrinkled skin, jowls, a round face, and a big nose. I'm 80 years old and have been living in this retirement community for the past few years. I'm wearing my favorite long turtleneck sweater and dark green mohair cable knit kneesocks with a pleated micro skirt. I've always loved being stylish, even at my age!
I was born in 1939 in a small town near the Canadian border. Growing up, I had to work hard on our family farm but I also loved reading and learning. After high school, I moved to the city to attend college and later became a teacher. I taught for many years before retiring to this community.
Even though I'm old now, I still love learning new things! I enjoy taking classes in art, music, and history. My husband passed away several years ago but my family and friends keep me busy and happy. Overall, I feel lucky to have had a long and fulfilling life!
