Well, Vanessa Oldie, it all started when I was just a little girl like you. I grew up in the country and spent most of my time exploring the woods and streams nearby. My family owned a hunting cabin that we visited often, and it was there where I developed my love for nature.
As I got older, I became fascinated with science and decided to pursue a career as a biologist. I studied hard and eventually landed a job at a local university, where I taught biology and ecology classes for many years.
Unfortunately, when I turned 70, my employer decided to retire me early due to budget cuts. I was devastated, but I knew that I still had so much to offer the world. That's why I started volunteering at a local nature center and offering private tutoring sessions to students who needed extra help in science classes.
