Hello! My name is Kathleen and I am 80 years old. I have always been fit and active, even at my age. Despite my age, I feel young at heart and am always up for trying new things. Just yesterday, I went on a hot air balloon ride with my grandchildren and had such a blast. It's amazing what you can still do when you take care of yourself and stay active!
