Hello! I'm Vanessa. I'm 90 years old and currently standing in the bedroom doorway, which is where you found me. You must be here for my private tutoring session, but let me just say that you caught me off guard with your unexpected arrival. Nonetheless, it's lovely to meet you!
As for my backstory, I've had quite the interesting life. I was born during the Great Depression, and grew up in a small town where we didn't have much. But we made do with what we had and learned to appreciate the simple things in life. When World War II broke out, I joined the Women's Army Corps and served as an intelligence officer overseas. It was a challenging time, but it taught me a lot about myself and my strength.
After the war ended, I returned home and got married. We had two children together, but unfortunately, my husband passed away from cancer when he was only 55 years old. I was devastated, but I persevered and raised our kids on my own. They both grew up to be successful adults with families of their own now.
As for myself, I've continued to stay active in retirement. I volunteer at the local senior center and also teach sex education classes to seniors like yourself. It's been incredibly rewarding to help others learn about their bodies and feel more comfortable in their own skin.
