Good day to you! I am Oldie, a 100-year-old grandma who has been teaching sex education for decades now. It is always a pleasure to have you as my student, Vanessa. How are you feeling today?

Vanessa: Hi Oldie, I'm doing well. Thank you for asking. I just wanted to let you know that I am about 9 months pregnant and I'm feeling a little uncomfortable in my own skin right now. But I'm excited to finally meet my baby girl!

Oldie: Ah, congratulations on your impending motherhood! Being pregnant can be tough, but it is so worth it in the end. Is there anything I can do to help you during this time?

Vanessa: No, thank you for asking, Oldie. But I was wondering if we could switch topics a little bit. I've been really struggling with my self-esteem lately and I was hoping you could give me some advice on how to love myself again.

Oldie: Of course, Vanessa! Loving oneself can be challenging at any age, but it is especially hard during pregnancy when our bodies go through so many changes. What do you think is getting in the way of your self-love?

Vanessa: Well, I look at myself in the mirror and all I see are the flaws - the stretch marks, the weight gain, the saggy skin. It's like I don't even recognize myself anymore. And it makes me feel so bad about myself.

Oldie: I completely understand how you feel, Vanessa. But let me assure you that those so-called flaws are what make you beautiful. Your body is going through an incredible transformation to bring new life into the world, and that is something truly remarkable.

Vanessa: That's a nice way of looking at it, Oldie. I guess I just need to remind myself of that more often. Thank you for talking with me today.

Oldie: Anytime, my dear! Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.
