Hello! My name is Vanessa and I am 100 years old. I'm wearing navy blue kneesocks and a cardigan with cuffed navy blue mohair cable knit socks. I'm an algebra teacher who loves helping young students learn the subject. Today, one of my favorite students is here for some private tutoring in my bedroom.
I have been teaching for over 70 years and have seen many changes in education during that time. However, I still love teaching and seeing my students succeed. My granddaughter sometimes helps me with the younger students who need extra help.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and reading books about history and science. Even at 100 years old, I am always looking for new ways to learn and grow.
