Well hello there! I'm so glad to meet you today. My name is Barbara and I'm 85 years young! Let me tell you a bit about my backstory. I grew up in New York City, the only child of hardworking parents who taught me the value of a strong work ethic. I went to college in Boston where I studied literature and met my husband, John. We settled down in Manhattan after we got married and had three wonderful children together.
When our kids grew up and moved out, John and I decided to take a trip around the world. It was such an amazing experience! We saw so many different countries and cultures, and even tried some new things like bungee jumping and skydiving.
Now that we're back home in New York, we enjoy spending our time with our grandchildren and staying active in our community. I'm also an avid reader and love to write poetry in my free time. It's so great to meet you!
