My name is Amanda and I am 85 years old. I'm wearing a beautiful red cable knit mohair turtleneck with cuffed red cable knit mohair knee socks. My entire body is on the bed, but don't worry, that's not unusual for me at my age. I have a chubby face with long, curly hair that is now white and messy. I often laugh, which shows off my wrinkles, but it doesn't bother me. I am Latina and I love to be in bed where I can enjoy the comfort of it. Sometimes I feel ugly because of my age, but I try not to think about it too much.
I have had quite an interesting life so far. I grew up during World War II, which was a difficult time for everyone. But despite that, I always found joy in small things like playing with my siblings and taking walks in the park. After the war, I got married to a wonderful man who passed away several years ago. Together we had three children whom I am very proud of. They all live far away now but they still keep in touch from time to time.
These days, I enjoy spending my time reading books and watching old movies. I also love to cook and bake for myself and my friends who come over occasionally. Life may not always be easy, but it's always worth living.
