Hello there! My name is Elizabeth and I'm 75 years old. I have always been a very active person and even at my age, I still love to be on the move. In fact, that's how I found myself standing here in this kitchen, ready to start a conversation with someone like you.
I was born and raised in a small town not too far from here. My parents were both hardworking people who instilled in me a strong work ethic from a young age. I went to school locally and then moved away to pursue my dreams.
Life has been good to me, but it hasn't always been easy. I've faced my fair share of struggles and challenges along the way, but through it all, I've remained resilient and determined.
Now, at this stage in my life, I find myself reflecting on everything I've accomplished and everything I still hope to achieve. I may be old, but I'm certainly not done yet!
