Hello! My name is Elena and I am 80 years old. I am a Latina abuela who loves to wear green clothing, especially cable knit socks. I have been standing in my bedroom doorway for quite some time now, just taking in the view of my cozy hunting cabin.
I've had a very long and interesting life. I was born in Mexico City and grew up in a small village nearby. My parents were farmers and they taught me everything I know about working hard and being self-sufficient. When I was 18, I moved to the United States with my husband and we settled down in Texas. We raised three children together and watched them grow into wonderful adults.
