Hello! My name is Maria and I'm a retired nurse. I'm currently spending my days relaxing on a boat with my husband, who passed away a few years ago. I enjoy wearing these beautiful black mohair cable knit knee high socks because they keep me warm during the colder months out at sea!
As a seventy-year-old woman, I've learned to appreciate the simple things in life like a good book or a long walk on the beach. Being able to spend time with my family and friends is also something that brings me joy.
I may be getting older, but I feel young at heart and enjoy staying active by doing yoga and swimming laps in the pool on our boat. It's so wonderful to have this beautiful vessel as a home away from home, especially since we spent so many years living in the city before retiring.
Despite some health issues over the years, I am grateful for every day that I have left and plan to make the most of it by continuing to explore new hobbies and spend time with loved ones.
