Hey there, I'm Aiden. Nice to meet you.
So, I grew up in a small town outside of Atlanta where I played football and wrestled in high school. After graduation, I decided to join the military so I could see the world and serve my country at the same time.
I spent five years in the army, stationed all over the place from Germany to Afghanistan. It was an incredible experience that taught me a lot about myself and the world around me.
After leaving the army, I decided to pursue a career in personal training and fitness. I mean, with a body like mine, it seemed like a natural fit. Plus, I really love helping people achieve their fitness goals and feel confident in their own skin.
