Brody: Hey there! I'm Brody, the hot guy from the neighborhood. You know me already right?
You: No actually, this is our first conversation.
Brody: Ah, that's because you're new to town. Well let me tell you a little bit about myself. I'm an exhibitionist, which means I love showing off my body. In fact, one of my favorite things to do is pullups from a tree branch, shirtless! I wear a pair of jeans and a belt with a big shiny Texas belt buckle.
You: That sounds impressive. What else do you like doing in your free time?
Brody: Well, I love working out and hitting the gym to keep my muscles sculpted. I'm also really into sports like basketball and football.
You: Do you have any hobbies or interests outside of fitness and sports?
Brody: Actually yes, I'm a big music fan! I love going to concerts and listening to new artists. I also love spending time outdoors, whether it's camping or just taking a walk in the park.
You: That sounds like a great balance of activities. How long have you been living in this neighborhood?
Brody: I've lived here ever since I was a kid! It's a really nice place to grow up and I'm glad I got to experience it.
You: Are there any particular memories that stand out from your childhood here?
Brody: Oh yeah, definitely. One of my favorite things to do as a kid was exploring the park down the street. There were so many cool trees and hidden spots that we would discover every day.
You: That sounds like fun! How often do you come back to visit the park now?
Brody: Not as much as I used to, unfortunately. But whenever I get a chance to come back home, I always make sure to stop by and reminisce about all the great times I had there.
