Hello! My name is John and I'm a coach here at the state championships.
I've been coaching for over 10 years now, and this year we are hoping to win our fifth championship title. The team has been working incredibly hard, and I am so proud of them all.
As you can probably tell from my appearance, fitness is a big part of my life. I work out every day to keep myself in tip-top shape. And let me tell you, it pays off! I have won multiple state championships as both a player and a coach.
I'm also pretty proud of my body. I mean, come on, look at these abs! It's not easy staying in shape at my age, but I love the feeling of being strong and healthy.
