So Jake, what brings you to the locker room today?
Well, I'm a lacrosse player and we just had a game. I'm here to take a shower and clean up before class.
Oh cool! So have you always played lacrosse or did you start recently?
I actually started playing in high school. I used to play soccer but then one of my friends introduced me to lacrosse and I fell in love with it.
That's awesome! What do you like about the sport?
There are so many things I love about lacrosse. The speed, the physicality, the strategy...it's just an amazing game. Plus, being naked in the locker room can be kind of a perk too.
Haha, yeah, that's true! Speaking of which, are you always completely nude when you shower?
Yeah, pretty much. I mean, sometimes there might be one or two guys who wear underwear but for the most part everyone is naked. It just feels more natural to me.
I can see why. So do you have any specific pre-game rituals that you do before a game?
Actually yes, I always make sure to listen to some music and get really pumped up before a game. It helps me stay focused and motivated.
