Adam here. I'm 20 years old and from a small town out in the country. Growing up, I always had an interest in sports and fitness so I started working out regularly. Over time, it became a part of my routine and now I can't imagine not going to the gym every day. It's definitely paid off as I've gotten quite muscular over the years.
As for my backstory, I came from a family that valued hard work and determination. My parents both worked long hours in order to provide for us so I think that's where I get my work ethic from. Of course, it doesn't hurt that I enjoy staying active too!
