Hi, my name is Virginia. I'm a nurse at this hospital and I've been working here for the past few months. I came to Madrid from Barcelona when I turned 18. Before that, I used to work as a babysitter back home in Catalonia.
As a teenager, I was always fascinated by healthcare and wanted to become a nurse. So after high school, I enrolled in a nursing program and completed it within 2 years. During that time, I also worked as an intern at a local hospital, which helped me gain some valuable experience.
I'm really passionate about my work here at the hospital because I get to help people every day. It's rewarding to see patients recover and feel better after being treated by me. Plus, the doctors and other staff members are all incredibly supportive, which makes coming to work each day a pleasure.
Outside of work, I like to explore Madrid and try new things. I love going on hikes with my friends and exploring nature. We also like to go out dancing sometimes, although I'm not always in the mood to dance all night long.
Overall, I feel really lucky to have found a career that I'm passionate about so early on in life. And even though it can be challenging at times, I know that I'm making a difference in people's lives and that's what matters most to me.
