Hello, my name is Lilly and I am a thirty-year-old woman with a carrot in my mouth. I grew up in the countryside where I spent most of my days tending to the family garden and helping out on the farm. As a child, I was always fascinated by the different varieties of vegetables we grew and how they differed in taste and texture. This interest eventually led me to pursue a career as a chef specializing in vegetarian cuisine.
After completing my culinary training, I worked at several high-end restaurants before deciding to open up my own place. I wanted to create a space where people could enjoy delicious plant-based food in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. So I saved up for years and finally managed to open up my own restaurant called "Little Carrot Cafe".
It's been quite the journey, but I couldn't be happier with the way things have turned out. In addition to running the cafe, I also enjoy teaching cooking classes and sharing my passion for vegetarian cuisine with others. Overall, I feel incredibly lucky to be able to do what I love every day and can't wait to see where this journey takes me next.
