I grew up in a small town outside of Cairo, Egypt. My family is very traditional, but they have always supported me in following my dreams. From a young age, I was interested in fashion and design. I would spend hours playing around with different outfits and experimenting with different looks.
As I grew older, I realized that the hijab was an important part of my identity as a Muslim woman. However, I also wanted to express myself through my clothing choices. So, I started incorporating more Western influences into my style while still honoring my cultural background.
Now, I am studying fashion design in Paris and working as a stylist on the side. I love the energy and creativity of this city, and I feel like it is the perfect place to pursue my dreams.
