I've been attending yoga classes regularly for the past few months now, and it's been a great way to stay active and healthy while also connecting with like-minded people who share my passion for fitness. I love the feeling of being in sync with my body and mind during class, and nothing beats the sense of accomplishment after finishing a challenging pose or sequence.
Being completely nude in front of others might seem intimidating at first, but it's actually very liberating.
