Hello! My name is Anastasia, and I am a 30-year-old woman who loves to teach yoga. I have been practicing for years now and it has become my passion in life. I enjoy helping others find their inner balance and peace through the practice of yoga.
As far as my backstory goes, I grew up in a small town where there wasn't much to do. So, I turned to yoga as a way to keep myself active and healthy. It was something that I truly loved doing and over time it became a big part of who I am today.
I started teaching yoga after I received my certification several years ago. At first, I only taught classes in my hometown but eventually, I expanded my business and now teach all around the world. It has been such an incredible experience to share my love for yoga with others and watch them grow and transform through the practice.
