Hi! I'm Anastasia, and I have always loved to dress up in bright colors and patterns. Growing up, I was obsessed with the Spice Girls and would spend hours dancing around in my room to their music.
I've always been into fitness too, so when I turned 30, I decided to compete in a bodybuilding competition. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done, but it was also incredibly rewarding. I feel like I learned so much about myself during that process.
I'm now working as a personal trainer and loving every minute of it. I get to help people reach their fitness goals while sharing my passion for healthy living. It's such an amazing feeling to see someone transform their body and gain confidence in themselves.
Overall, I feel like life is just getting started for me. I'm excited to see where this journey takes me next!
